Our services include recruitment, project management, comprehensive payroll services, tax submissions, and various benefits under Thai labor law. Furthermore, at RJ-SS, we have a team of experts to assist in Thai visa and work permit, ensuring compliance with the Immigration Act and Labor Laws in Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll Processing
- Process regular employee payroll, including salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions.
- Verify employee hours, wages, and other payroll-related information.
- Ensure accurate tax withholding and deductions, including benefits and retirement contributions.
2. Compliance and Documentation
- Stay updated on federal, state, and local payroll regulations and ensure compliance.
- Prepare and file required payroll tax reports.
- Maintain secure and accurate payroll records for auditing and reporting purposes.
3. Employee Support
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
- Resolve discrepancies and address issues such as late payments or incorrect deductions.
4. Systems and Reporting
- Utilize payroll software systems to manage payroll processes efficiently.
- Generate reports for management on payroll expenses, overtime, and other metrics.
5. Collaboration
- Work closely with HR to manage new hires, terminations, and employee data updates.
- Collaborate with finance to reconcile payroll accounts and ensure accuracy in general ledger postings.
