- Prepare and issue purchase orders to approved vendors and suppliers. - Serve as the primary point of contact for all procurement inquiries, requests, and orders. - Manage new product launch projects, ensuring they are completed on time and in full. - Review and oversee the general procurement process. - Review requisitions and purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies. - Maintain up-to-date records of active and inactive vendors and suppliers. - Monitor the team's tasks to ensure timely delivery of outputs. - Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management team.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in the field of procurement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
Knowledge of procurement systems and management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
