Key Responsibilities
1.Coordinate and oversee daily freight operations, including booking shipments, arranging transportation (air, sea, road), and managing customs clearance processes.
2.Prepare and review essential documentation such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company standards.
3.Communicate closely with clients, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams to provide updates on shipment status, resolve issues, and address inquiries promptly.
4.Monitor shipment schedules, track cargo movements using logistics management systems, and proactively identify and mitigate potential delays or disruptions.
5.Maintain accurate records of all operations activities.Stay updated on changes in international trade laws, customs regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and optimize processes.
6.Assist in resolving operational disputes, such as damaged goods or delivery discrepancies, by coordinating with relevant parties and documenting resolutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
1.Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, or a similar role, preferably in an international setting.
3.Proficiency in English or Chinese (written and spoken ) is a plus and advantage.
4.Familiarity with international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures (e.g., ASEAN, US, EU standards).

1 .Working Hours: Monday to Friday (standard 5-day workweek).
2. Monthly Salary: approximately 30,000-50,000 Thai Baht

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- University degree
- 25-35 years old
- Proficiency in Mandarin, fluent in English
- Possess strong professional ethics, a sense of responsibility, and initiative, with excellent communication skills
- Experience in logistics/freight forwarding is preferred; candidates familiar with business operations and who have customer and cargo resources will be given priority.
