Thirty One Business Solutions Co., Ltd. is Hiring Position : English Customer Service Salary : 20,000 – 30,000 THB (depending on qualifications) Location : Ergo Tower, BTS Krung Thonburi (Exit 2) Working Hours Employees work on a rotational monthly schedule of 4 working days followed by 2 days off. (On average, employees work approximately 20 to 21 days per month.) Job Summary We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our international customer service team. In this role, you will communicate with customers entirely through live chat, providing real-time support without handling phone calls or face-to-face meetings. Full training will be provided to help you succeed in a supportive, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment.   2. Thai nationality only
  3. No experience is available.
  4. Proficient in office computer skills.
  5. Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  6. Chinese language skills are a plus
  7. Fast and accurate typing skills
  8. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  9. Highly active, adaptable, and willing to learn
  10. No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided
