รายละเอียดงาน1. Analyze quality issues using tools such as Why-Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, or 5 Whys.
2. Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
3. Create and maintain QA documentation.
4. Support PPAP, APQP, and other customer-specific requirements.
5. Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001.
6. Work closely with production, engineering, customers, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
7. Support improvement projects such as Kaizen and defect reduction initiatives.
8. Manage SoC (Prohibited Substances) in accordance with applicable regulations and customer requirements.
