รายละเอียดงาน

1.Manage construction teams to ensure contractors complete store decoration projects with the required quality and standards. 2.Supervise and monitor store renovation progress to ensure timely completion according to the construction schedule. 3.Negotiate decoration project prices with contractors and continuously improve construction materials and processes. 4.Conduct site inspections and acceptance of completed stores and calculate project and decoration costs for each site. 5.Continuously improve and develop new contractor and supplier resources to enhance construction efficiency and quality.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering or related fields; experience in chain store construction or decoration projects is an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Candidates must have full working rights for Thailand; good command of both Thai and Chinese languages.
Strong teamwork, coordination, and communication skills; able to travel for short-term business trips; having a personal car is preferred.
High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
