รายละเอียดงาน

- Conduct on-site surveys (inspection of building condition, measurements, deterioration assessment) - Create renovation design and layout plans based on client requirements. - Select and propose materials and specifications - Prepare detailed construction cost estimates - Attend client meetings and present proposals - Coordinate with the construction team and support project scheduling. - Manage client contracts and provide support throughout the renovation process. - Obtaining construction permits from property management offices and coordinating all aspects of renovation work with the project management team and subcontractors สวัสดิการ - ค่าเสื่อมสภาพรถยนต์ เดือนละ 5,000 บาท - เบี้ยขยัน 400, 500, 600 บาท - ประกันสุขภาพ และ ประกันอุบัติเหตุ AIA - กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ - ชุดยูนิฟอร์ม 6 ชุดต่อปี - ตรวจสุขภาพประจำปี - ท่องเที่ยวประจำปี - โบนัสประจำปี ขึ้นอยู่กับผลประกอบการของบริษัท

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
Experience using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software (preferred)
Estimation or sales experience is a plus
Knowledge and/or experience in construction, interior design, or renovation
Strong communication and client negotiation skills
English skills are a plus
