รายละเอียดงาน
• Recruit new talent that matches with career opportunities; since candidate finder,
pre-interview, interview with internal team and deal confirmation.
• Conduct and orient the new employees to foster a positive attitude and ensure the employee becomes an effectively integrated into the Company.
People Management
• Record the employee attendance and announce the employee leave or holidays.
• Incorporate with internal team and management team for employee feedback for probation review, employee promotion or demotion, and yearly appraisal.
• Perform employee advocate functions; responding to questions pertaining to benefits programs such as insurance, vacation, leave, reimbursement, entertainment claim, learning course, and other attractive benefits.
• Prepare documents for new employees, current employees, and other matters; employee contract, payslip, probation evaluation, salary increasing, annual bonus, position promotion, resignation.
• Initiate HR Policy Development and ensure full compliance of our HR practices with laws and regulations that aligned with Osotspa PLC.
People Development
• Propose the external training session or learning course for employee knowledge improvement and experience development.
• Arrange the internal training session for employee for knowledge sharing. People Engagement
• Create the internal activities for employee relationship enhancement.
Knowledge
• Knowledge BOI ,work permit
• Knowledge ISO9001,IATF16949
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Female/Male
- 30-40 years old
- 5 years in HR Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or other related fields.
- Monday to Saturday (6 days)
- Working Hour: 8.00-17.00
