Who We Are
PJWOOD is a leading manufacturer of high-quality wooden furniture for export. As we expand, we are looking for a Production Engineer to improve our production processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure top-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
Improve and optimize production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Analyze production data to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Implement lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma principles.
Work closely with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to solve technical issues.
Ensure machinery and equipment are operating efficiently.
Support new product introduction and process validation.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
