Lead implementation of Transportation Management System (TMS). Work closely with team to improve service efficiency and ensure contractual commitments are met. Use data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends for informed decision-making.
Develop centralized dashboards and real-time visibility through tracking and monitoring systems for all stakeholders. Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives within transportation operations.
Provide training and support to transportation team members on TMS usage and business best practices.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Required over 10 years experienced of Transportation management , experienced in Milk Run Operational will be an advantage
- Strong technical knowledge of transportation operating methods and equipment requirements.
- Knowledge of overall supply chain with focus on store operations and transport industry.
- Customer service experience and skills.
- Extensive background comprising of on-the-job training, work experience, administrative systems and skills development within a retail environment. specific
- Understanding logic of multi-planning method, delivery status tracking and transport billing processes
- Staff management experience including negotiation and communication skills.
- Good planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
- Fast learner, self-initiative and enthusiastic
- Proven experience in project management and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring all nationwide routed by transportation planner team to maximize on-time and efficient deliveries
- Goal-setting and performance reviews for direct reports; quickly addressing performance issues in a constructive manner
- There are supplier fleets in the hand
