รายละเอียดงานJob Purpose:
To provide customer service and technical support related software applications to users. Working alongside other operations, engineering, customers, vendors and internal team working on operation and solution process of the software applications, company products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st tier support for Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and related software applications.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose the root cause of issues within application systems and interfaces.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to end-users.
- Coordinate with internal teams, and third-party vendors to resolve issues ensure customers are up-to-date.
- Log incidents, track their status, provide regular updates to users, and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor, update, and maintain application systems to ensure continuous operation and performance.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support during non-business hours and weekends.
- Provide go-live support (on-site) when needed.
- Document and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and technical guides for internal and user reference.
- Identify and seize upsell opportunities during customer interactions by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
Job Qualifications and Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Lab Technician
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in application support or a similar role.
- Experience with issue management and request logging tools such Jira, freshservice.
- Experience in supporting Hospital Information Systems or similar healthcare applications.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and investigating IT system/application incidents with a structured problem-solving approach.
- Familiarity with database operations and cloud applications is a plus.
- Have knowledge of ERP systems and their interfaces with HIS is a plus
