- Directly supervise maintenance task allocation and workforce coordination to strictly adhere to production timelines
- Design and enforce organizational maintenance protocols to optimize operational standards
- Spearhead productivity campaigns targeting defect reduction and output quality maximization
- Develop competency-building initiatives through tailored technical training programs for maintenance staff
- Administer fiscal oversight of maintenance expenditures and cost-control strategies
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering
- 4 - 6 years of experience in maintenance engineer with electronic manufacturing (for manager level)
- 1+ years of experience in maintenance engineer with electronic manufacturing (for junior level)
- Strong technical skills in production machine maintinance
