- Liaise and coordinate with relevant government agencies such as the Department of Employment, Revenue Department, Immigration Office, and Ministry of Labour.
- Prepare and review all necessary documents for Work Permit and Work Visa applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and notify foreign employees of the expiration dates of their Work Permits and Work Visas, and manage the renewal process.
- Provide advice and guidance regarding laws and regulations related to foreign labor employment.
- Record and organize all related documentation systematically for easy access and reference.
- Coordinate with the Accounting Department to process expenses related to visa and work permit renewals.
- Arrange and manage flight bookings for domestic and international travel.
- Oversee accommodation or hotel reservations for foreign employees.
- Provide support and assistance to Korean employees with various operational tasks as appropriate.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
