QA Engineer / Assistant QA Engineer

รายละเอียดงาน
1.Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e. g. internal, supplier, customer, and customer warranty) Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads
2.Manage and coordinate customer claim, customer problem solving on time, cost recovery, customer warranty and customer quality audits
3.Carry out product and process auditing Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively
4.Sample approvals and participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements
5.Stop production in the event of manufacture of unacceptable goods/processes
6.Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system (IATF 16949 / ISO9001) Write product inspection/testing procedures and/or work instructions Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process, or system
7.Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents ensure quality of inspected items meet project requirement and standard.
8.Training of quality awareness Quality control of work by appropriate reviews Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions Produce written reports and make presentations
9.Independently determine approach and assigned tasks Skills & Attributes
10.Responsible for create the pre-launch process control plan and organize to review it then distribute and training relate people;
11.Support IATF16949 audit (Annual Audit, Customer Audit or others)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female, Age 25 years old or older
- Bachelor's degree in engineer induistial or related field.
- Expenrince in QA engineer function 3 years at least.
- Knowledge of quality systems and ISO9001 & IATF16949
- Knowledge of measurement system
- Planning and prioritizing activities
- Good interpersonal skills, negotiation ability, highly leadership skills. critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and Team work
- Basic English / Good Command of English, it will be given special consideration.
