Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth
- Develop strategies to enhance O2O business operations and improve seller engagement.
2. Seller Performance & Marketing Optimization
- Improve sellers’ growth and performance by providing training, monitoring activities, and optimizing marketing and social media campaigns.
- Organize platform training events to enhance seller knowledge and performance.
3. Customer & Vendor Management
- Manage customer accounts, follow up for administrative purposes, and assist with purchase orders, account statuses, and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure product availability and seamless operations.
4. Communication & Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between key partners and internal teams to align business goals.
5. Reporting & Process Improvement
- Create reports and analyze data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with upper management to implement continuous improvements and exceed team goals.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software tools to generate reports and maintain documentation.
6. Financial & Administrative Operations
- Manage invoicing and payment processing to ensure smooth financial transactions.
ทำงานจันทร์ - ศุกร์ หยุดเสาร์ - อาทิตย์ เวลา 09.00 - 18.00 น.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in O2O operations, e-commerce, or business development preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- be able to communicate in english or chinese is a must
