OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB :
1.Manage Mach1 Thai service Organization and Function [Manpower Planning, Training Program, Working environment ]
2.Create harmony and smooth working environment
3.Verify / Create System and Procedure for each Job function
4.Manage Job Quality, Efficiency and Productivity for customer satisfaction
5.Promote Cost Down Activity & Improve Profitability activity
6.Promote Spare Parts Control and Inventory accuracy [On time Supply at Reasonable Qty and price]
7.Promote Safety Workplace and good 5S practice
8.Manage Service tools, Equipment, Service Car, and related items for Service.
9.Handle Equipment register and Warranty claim.
10.Follow Superior Instruction from time to time
MAIN ACTIVITIES/ TASKS :
•Study overall Organization capability towards Job demands
•Manpower Planning – Recruitment Process, Skills, Training, Job Capacity & Work Culture,
•Ensure proper System and Procedure has been set up for good Quality service and better productivity
•Follow up on Job Completion with Service Stuff to meet 3 days L/T
•Set minimum / maximum Inventory stock
•Select Supplier for low cost, good quality, short L/T and good response [Reliable]
•Promote Inventory Accuracy activity
• Ensure all necessary Documents and Report by all Section are update on time with proper filling
•Attend Critical situation [internal & external] when required
•Manage Company property [Service tools, Service equipments, Vehicle, Office and Others]
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experience in maintenance and service heavy machinery, including Forklifts, Boom Lift, Reach Stacker, Crane etc.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanics etc.) / Management or related field
- Min. 5 years of experience with Material Handling, Forklift (Crane, Reach stacker, Container Handler) or related field.
- English speaking, Reading, Writing.
- Good Inter Personnel Skilled, Willing to Travel, Can work under minimum Supervision
- Willing to Travel
