รายละเอียดงาน
- Works closely with the Leader, Technician, and producers in gathering information and tracking progress against approved milestones.
- Works with the leads and production team to develop and track against a production plan reflective of the defined project goals
- Anticipates bottlenecks, clarifies project priorities, identifies risks, and escalates issues that cannot be internally resolved.
- Conducting frequently meeting with President about operation & problems if have any
- Participating meeting with Japanese HQ
- Regulatory oversight of the department staff to ensure compliance with regulations of the company
- Control of the company's activities on the system ISO ISO9001 ,ISO14001 ,IATF16949
- Control and support in terms of environmental policy. The quality policy of the company
- Supervision of new products. To meet customer requirements
Control and liaise with clients to meet the requirements
- Environmental awareness. And energy efficiency within the company. Campaigns Including etc.
- Joint activities CCCF Patrol & 5S to achieve a defined goal
- Order to stop the production line and deliver according to the specified criteria.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields
- 28 - 35 Years
- Mold/Plastic Injection Supervisor with at least 5 years experience
- Able to use basic machinery, be expert in plastic injection machines and able to coaching subordinates, have skills of ISO 9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 systems
- Able to analyze problems, causes of problems and determine measures to deal with problems systematically
- Able to work under pressure and have leadership skills, highly responsible
- The vision of the management
