รายละเอียดงาน
- Preventive mould maintenance according to maintenance plan.
- Trouble shooting in case of mould breakdown.
- Supervise cleaning of moulds and working area according to 5S
- Analyze root cause of mould breakdown together with technician for preventive action.
- Improve and maintain mould to ensure good condition Train technician and team about mould preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Work experience on mould preventive maintenance, mould repair especially EBM/IM – PET molds and troubleshooting preferably from a plastic bottle manufacturing industry.
- Work experience on Hot runner system maintenance and repair etc. Husky and Mold master preferable.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Diploma/Certificate or Bachelor degree in Mould/Plastic technology or Mechanical Engineering
- Professional license is an advantage
- Work experience on mould preventive maintenance, mould repair and troubleshooting preferably from a plastic bottle manufacturing industry.
- With minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience in supervising engineering activities and functions
- Knowledge maintenance in Hot rummer and Husky & Mould Master would be plus
- AutoCAD skills would be a plus
- Good English language skills (oral and written)
- Able working 6 Days/Week
