1. Responsible for the process review of new product development process, research and application of new processes related to new products
2. Responsible for organizing the introduction of product models to base production
3. Responsible for the design and production of process procedures, carry out process discipline inspections, process reviews and other activities, and maintain on-site process order.
4. Responsible for identifying key, special processes, quality control points, and continuously improving the revision of control plans and measures.
5. Conduct technical reviews for orders, identify order risks and production problems, and implement design changes
6. Responsible for product DFM improvement, carry out process research and improvement work, and improve efficiency and reduce costs through tooling optimization, technical transformation, logistics layout optimization, process optimization and other activities
7. Responsible for product quality improvement, through design optimization and process improvement, continue to study and improve quality problems on the production line"
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Science and engineering disciplines, with preferences for electronics, electrical, mechanical, mold, and refrigeration majors
- Can communicate in Chinese /English
- Work Experience Requirements: Over two years of experience in process, quality,
- and R&D for air conditioning and other home appliance products
- Able to work on Saturday
- Can work with the new set up Company
