รายละเอียดงาน1. Establish monitors and maintains of Quality System (QS)& Food Safety (FS) and Halal Assurance System (HAS)
2. Monitor and follows-up the status (Audit Checklist , Effective Corrective action report to close) of issues from Internal / External audits.
3. Coordinates with all departments regarding to QS/FS activities, requirements, implementation and External /Customer auditing.
4. Responsible to Registration and Renew a Halal Certificate of products in term of update Halal Matrix and support Halal audit.
5. Responsible to conduct meeting with the FS team in order to estrablish and update Food safety manual of products.
6. Establishs Plan and conducts Pest controls program including leads for preventive and corrective action of pest control issue in the plant.
7. Response to all Quality & Food Safety Management and Management System such as GMP/GHP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, FSSC22000, Halal, etc.
