Roles & Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop store layouts, ensuring optimal use of space and product placement. Work closely with various departments to create store designs that maximize space utilization and enhance product visibility.
2. Create 2D and 3D design concepts for retail spaces,External event, PromotionEvent incorporating branding elements and merchandising strategies. Utilize design software to produce visual representations of retail store concepts, integrating brand identity and effective product display techniques.
3. Assist in selecting materials, fixtures, and lighting to create appealing and functional store environments. Help in the decision-making process for choosing suitable materials, fixtures, and lighting options to create aesthetically pleasing and functional retail spaces.
4.Conduct on-site visits to assess store layouts, identify improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations.
Qualifications & Work Experience
1. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop to create innovative store layout designs and visual merchandising displays.
2. Strong understanding of retail trends and consumer behavior to develop effective store design strategies that enhance customer experience and drive sales.
3. Excellent project management skills to handle multiple store design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
4. Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, visual merchandisers, and store managers, to execute the store design vision seamlessly.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Education: Bachelor degree in Arts or related field.
- Years of Experience: At least 6 years of experience as a visual merchandiser and planogram or similar role (an experience in retail business would be an advantage.)
- Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office, visual software (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of innovative visual merchandising trends and best practices.
- Previous experience within a similar environment.
- Strong Planning, organization and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
