My day at EssilorLuxottica
•Schedule and coordinate equipment pickup, delivery, or on-site calibration with third-party calibration laboratories.
•Review and verify calibration certificates received from external vendors for accuracy and compliance.
•Ensure external vendors meet company quality and regulatory standards (ISO, ANSI, NIST traceability).
•Maintain the master calibration schedule for all equipment requiring external calibration.
•Track calibration due dates, schedule services in advance, and minimize equipment downtime.
•Update calibration status in the asset management or calibration database/system.
•Support internal and external audits by providing required calibration records and vendor qualifications.
•Communicate regularly with production, quality, and maintenance teams regarding equipment availability and calibration status.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or associate degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in calibration, preferably in a manufacturing or laboratory environment (experience coordinating with external vendors is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of calibration tools, measurement standards, and metrology principles.
- Ability to read and understand calibration reports and certificates.
- Ability in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and calibration software (a plus).
- Able to understand basic English.
- Good interpersonal skills.
