We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Flight Ticket Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with flight ticket booking and reservation systems, particularly Amadeus or Sabre, and be passionate about helping customers book their perfect flights. If you're a proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail and a customer-first mindset, we would love to have you on our team.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Proven experience as a Flight Ticket Specialist, Travel Agent, or in a similar role within the travel industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Amadeus or Sabre booking systems (mandatory).
- Experience with flight ticket booking, modification, and cancellations for both domestic and international flights.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- problem-solving skills and ability to handle booking issues efficiently.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of travel industry trends and airline fare structures.
