+Lead hospital-wide operations across clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure stable daily functioning
+Collaborate with team leadership and clinical leads to align patient-facing operations while reinforcing shared accountability for service quality
+Support the launch, adoption, and ongoing utilization of new clinics and renovated spaces by coordinating across Projects, IT, and operations teams
2.Cross-Functional Oversight & Departmental Coordination
+Oversee operational departments including Procurement, IT, Facilities, Legal, Administration, and Project Teams to ensure delivery, coordination, and alignment with operational goals
+Provide active oversight and hands-on support to key departments—including Projects and Legal—where structure, leadership, or processes are still evolving
3.Systems, Organizational Clarity, and Processes
+Ensure processes, SOPs, department roles, and inter-team workflows are clearly defined, implemented, and consistently enforced as the business scales
+Support internal capability-building through staff coaching, mentorship, and reinforcement of a culture of responsibility and professionalism
4.Compliance, Contracts & Risk
+Review and coordinate routine commercial agreements—including with doctors, vendors, and partners—ensuring operational feasibility within accepted legal and regulatory norms
+Help manage operational risk and ensure compliance with MOPH licensing and patient data/privacy requirements
+Coordinate with legal advisors on matters that extend beyond day-to-day support to ensure long-term organizational protection
5.Technology & Systems Adoption
+Oversee the implementation and upgrade of IT systems, ensuring both technical readiness and practical adoption across hospital and clinic teams
+Ensure hospital and clinic staff are trained and supported to use systems
