* Identify and develop new business opportunities with employers
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to
gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs
* Proactively sourcing and screening high-calibre candidates
through various channels, including job boards, social media,
and your professional network
* Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills,
experience, and cultural fit
* Providing expert advice and guidance to candidates throughout
the recruitment process
* Negotiating competitive compensation packages and
successfully placing candidates in their new roles
* Continuously expanding your industry knowledge and staying up-
to-date with recruitment trends
* Collaborating with the wider team to share best practices and
drive the agency's success
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Consultant in an agency environment
- Candidates who are self-discipline, goal driven and motivated
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and candidates
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding results
- Demonstrable track record of consistently achieving and exceeding recruitment targets
- Passionate or strong interest in HR Recruitment function
- Ability to communicate in English
