Responsibilities
Host Recruitment & Management
• Recruit promising hosts, complete onboarding processes, and provide live-stream training.
• Manage daily operations of hosts, design growth paths, and implement incentive strategies.
• Regularly communicate with hosts to understand their needs and improve retention and engagement.
Content Guidance & Live Stream Optimization
• Advise hosts on content positioning and formats based on trending topics and traffic insights.
• Analyze live-stream data to develop strategies for boosting conversion rates.
• Assist hosts in planning engaging topics and interactive segments to enhance viewer participation.
Guild Operations & Event Planning
• Maintain guild ecosystems and strategize content for guild official accounts (live streams and short videos) to elevate brand influence.
• Organize guild activities (e.g., PK battles, challenges) to foster interaction and encourage host participation.
• Monitor platform policies and activity mechanisms, track guild host performance, and adjust strategies promptly.
Requirements
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to build trust with hosts and drive their growth.
• Familiarity with live-stream ecosystems and trending formats on platforms like TikTok and Douyin.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with strong teamwork ethics.
• Basic English speaking skills for daily communication with international hosts.
• Prior experience in guild operations or nurturing top/promising hosts is a plus.
• Experience in content planning, host training, or short video production is preferred.

- Proficiency in English to manage cross-border collaborations.
- In-depth knowledge of social media and live-streaming platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Live.
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments, with creativity and problem-solving skills to address live-streaming challenges.
- Passion for the live-streaming industry, familiarity with multi-host interactive formats (group live-streaming), and awareness of digital content/entertainment trends.
- Preferred: Experience in content creation, video production, or digital marketing.
- Strong advantage: Prior experience in entertainment-focused group live-streaming operations.
