- lead the optimization and implementation of guidelines, instructions and procedures to drive standardization and consistent execution of operations. - Be the strategic leader for the Quality Assurance Department by establishing team direction, schedules, and key objectives. - Coordinate with the customers representative on all quality matters. - Review the customer specification and undertake relevant training to the QC inspector. - Control all non-conformance reports and undertake remedial action. - Investigate with QC and QA supervisors to handle customer complaints and non-compliance. - Manage resources to ensure that the procedure is implemented effectively. - Conduct internal and external audit activities with QA supervisors and ensure conformance with Quality and Operational standards and effectiveness of the documents system. - Coash teams in quality improvement approach and techniques for develop capability and increase performance. - Promote and support deployment of Quality culture and CI roadmap. -Manage Advance quality system and monitoring customer complaint -Manage Lab testing standard and monitoring -Manage Supplier quality management -Manage Measuring & equipment calibration system - Other duties as Managing Director or Quality Director assigned.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Quality Assurance, Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 7 years’s experience in Manufacturing.
Jewelry manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively with the organization.
Quality core tools (AQL, Gage R&R, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP).
