รายละเอียดงาน
- Manage planning and purchasing order for Import material such as seasoning.
- Ensure purchasing activity meets the company's quality, quantity, price, source and delivery date requirements.
- Responsible for contacting BOI and IC agencies to coordinate the clearance of imported raw materials under BOI benefits.
- Responsible for coordinating government agencies involved in the release of containers for import, such as the Customs Department, FDA, Ministry of Commerce, etc.
- Coordinate between suppliers and relevant internal departments to obtain quotations, make orders and ensure all requested items are supplied on time.
- Source and select new qualified suppliers.
- Manage supplier effectiveness; evaluate their performance against company requirements and standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers to solve quality and technical problems.
- Performing order responsibilities as assigned.
- Coordinate supplier audit and meeting. (If have)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female, Age between 22 - 32 years, Thai nationality.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Material Management, Food science or related field.)
- Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Good communication skills and Good command of English skill is preferable (listening, writing, speaking).
- Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Good communication, organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
- Positive attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Male must be exempt from military service.
