รายละเอียดงาน
- Gather business and system requirements from customers and stakeholders
- Analyze and translate business requirements into functional and system specifications.
- Create system diagrams, including process flow diagrams, UML diagrams, and architecture diagrams.
- Write and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and basic database operations.
- Design system architecture, database structures, API specifications, and functional specifications.
- Work with RESTful and SOAP APIs, including designing API specifications, understanding authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, API keys), and testing APIs using tools like Postman.
- Prepare and maintain Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents.
- Communicate effectively in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
- Regularly visit customers onsite for requirement gathering, presentations, and system demonstrations.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure that business requirements are accurately implemented in the system.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business System Analyst, System Analyst, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software development processes, and database concepts.
- Experience in SQL query writing (basic level).
- Knowledge of API design principles, RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, API keys).
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with customers directly.
