รายละเอียดงาน
●Provide business reviews and analysis on the performance of the current company and subsidiary’s portfolio.
●Overseeing all prospects of finance activities
●Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and other ad hoc reports as required
●Oversee, supervise, review, and develop SET reports correctly, meet deadlines, efficiently, and agree with current regulations
●Prepare the consolidated financial projection of the company and subsidiaries located both in Thailand and abroad
●Prepare financial materials for BODs meetings and investor relations programs including coordinating executive road shows, quarterly analyst meetings, etc.
●Assists the relevant department in the production of all annual reports, sustainability reports, SEC filings, and proxy statements
●Oversee overall investor relations strategies and policies
●Control of all IR activities including the investor relations portions of the company website, in particular, that information is up-to-date and accurate
●Gathering and following up on the research of analysts or researchers, including the movement of company stock price
●Liaising as a key point of contact for investors, analysts, and shareholders and being able to give information and answer questions.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- At least 3 years of experience, preferably in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research analysis, or investment banking
- Bachelor's or master’s degrees in corporate finance or a related field
- A professional accountancy qualification is a plus
- Solid knowledge in finance & accounting area
- Strong analytical skills & Finance Model
- Knowledge of SET and SEC regulations
