รายละเอียดงาน
1. In charge of SMT process. Develop process standards, establish process documents and process controls.
2. Responsible for fixtures design and buy off like stencil and pallets.
3. Lead the evaluation, trial production, and review of new products.
4. Continuous improvement of production processes, process design, and document production.
5. Analyze, review, provide feedback, and handle defective products.
6. Collect and organize production process parameters, and establish corresponding databases.
7. Provide necessary training for SMT operators.
8. Participates in the selection of machine, material, tooling, process.
9. Process trouble shooting.
10. Provide Cycle time and improve line balance.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- College degree or above with more than 5 years of SMT process engineering experience, familiar with SMT process flow.
- Familiar with SMT program optimization and new product introduction.
- Proficient in using commonly used office software and familiar with CAD software.
- Skilled in coordination and communication, with a strong sense of professionalism and teamwork.
- Good English
- Knowledge in quality system TS 16949, APQP, PPAP is plus.
