รายละเอียดงาน
- This position is responsible for supporting sales growth through technical excellence in fastening applications and smart factory solutions. The successful candidate will provide engineering consultation, lead customer localization projects, and collaborate across global and local functions to deliver integrated, value-driven solutions.
•Provide technical consultation in fastening and assembly processes, including joint design, torque/preload calculation, and failure analysis.
•Initiate and lead fastener localization and spec-in projects for customers, in close coordination with sourcing and product management teams.
•Support the sales team with value-based engineering proposals to drive fastening product revenue.
•Act in the role of a Product Solution Engineer, delivering end-to-end solutions that integrate technical products and process optimization.
•Support the implementation of Smart Factory Assembly technologies such as torque tools, pick-to-light systems, and barcode/QR-based traceability.
•Collaborate with global and regional business units (Sales, Quality, Engineering, Product Management) to ensure seamless project execution and strategic customer alignment.
•Conduct technical training sessions and presentations for both internal teams and external customers.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related field).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Sales engineering, Production, Mechanical design, or technical sales role.
- Knowledge of fastener theory, preload, friction, and related standards (e.g., VDI 2230).
- Programming experience in Python, C, VBA, or similar languages
- Exposure to CNC machining, AI integration, or smart factory automation systems.
- Good command of English
- Ability to drive and travel to customer sites with a valid driver’s license and own personal vehicle.
