รายละเอียดงาน
- Plan and manage all company Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Prepare and recommend plans and projects to the Safety Committee and the Environment Committee, including various campaign activities related to Safety.
- Cooperate with the government officer about the paperwork.
Operate the Emergency Response plan according to Thai labor law.
- Identifying the cause and analysis of hazards, illness, and community complaints.
- Supervise and conduct the internal audit of the ISO14001 and ISO45001 systems.
- Conduct Risk assessment and environmental effects.
- Verify the occupational health and safety operations at work to ensure compliance with the law.
- Solve the problem and work as a team to achieve the goal.
- Prepare monthly reports on safety and environment for submission to KC.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Occupational health, Safety and Environment.
- Age : More than 35 years old (Male or Female)
- Good command in English both speaking and written.
- If can speak Japanese will be advantage.
- Work experience: More than 5 years of experience in taking responsibility for safety and environment in a factory (Japanese factories will be given special consideration)
- Have good leadership skills, have good management skills, be a leader, be able to motivate and work with a team of outstanding talents.
- Able to plan and manage all company Safety and Environmental.
- Knowledge ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
- Knowledge and full understanding of laws and regulations concerning Health, Safety, and Environment.
- Have problem-solving skills and systematic thinking.
