•Manage all warehouse operations related to finished goods, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
•Develop and implement warehouse layout and storage strategies to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
•Establish and maintain efficient workflows and processes for all warehouse activities.
•Ensure the accurate and timely processing of orders for delivery to customers.
•Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of finished goods.
•Oversee the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
•Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
•Plan and manage delivery routes to optimize delivery times and minimize transportation costs.
•Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to schedule deliveries and address customer inquiries.
•Manage and maintain the company's delivery fleet, ensuring vehicles are in good working condition.
•Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
•Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and minimize discrepancies.
•Manage the disposal of obsolete or damaged goods.
•Implement and enforce safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
•Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving documents, inventory records, and safety logs.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Warehouse management role from home appliance manufacturing.
- Experience in Warehouse controlling of finished good and managing delivery process.
- Knowledge in warehouse system such as FIFO.
- Able to work on Saturday.
