รายละเอียดงาน
1.Qualify and audit suppliers to ensure compliance with standards.
2.Investigate supplier quality issues and lead root cause analysis.
3.Define incoming quality requirements and inspection standards.
4.Collaborate with purchasing and R&D for new supplier development.
5.Support cost-reduction without compromising quality.
6.Lead Kaizen with suppliers to improve quality and delivery.
7.Conduct supplier performance reviews and scorecards.
8.Facilitate corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
9.Maintain supplier-related documents and reports.
10.Support IQC with training and inspection criteria.
11.Other tasks as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- More than 3 years of working experience in the same position.
- Proficient in project management, strong awareness of cost control and innovation, strong overall concept and service awareness.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, Chinese is a plus.
- Experience with risk assessment and mitigation planning.
