รายละเอียดงาน
1. Responsible for project management, cooperating with the HQ PM, following company project management standards, regularly reporting and synchronizing project information to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
2. Responsible for project testing, creating test plans, monitoring execution, controlling testing progress and quality, and being accountable for delivery results.
3. Responsible for on-site requirement research, implementation solution design, creating execution plans, and controlling project progress and acceptance.
4. Responsible for rational arrangement and resource allocation across multiple parallel projects, fully utilizing team members and cross-departmental resources to ensure implementation is completed as planned, achieving smooth execution and payment collection.
5. Responsible for proper arrangement and management of implementation personnel during software deployment, maintaining effective communication and relationships with clients to facilitate project closure.
6. Responsible for in-depth analysis of client business needs and improvement suggestions, providing timely feedback, tracking, and issue resolution to strengthen customer relationships and improve satisfaction.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Development, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in software implementation/testing (position level determined by experience).
- Fluent in Chinese & Thai or English (written & spoken), with bilingual technical documentation skills.
- Proficient in office software, strong communication skills, and ability to handle unexpected issues.
- Familiar with Android ADB, Linux commands, and tools such as SVN/JIRA/ZenTao/TestLink/Wireshark.
- Knowledge of IPTV set-top box business is preferred.
