What’s Your Responsibility?
As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a key role in our finance team, ensuring accuracy and integrity in our financial processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Reconciliation & Recording: Manage accounts receivable and payable, and oversee fixed assets.
2. Document Verification: Review various store agreements and conduct audits of revenue and expenses.
3. Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counting for stores and warehouses.
4. Reporting: Organize financial documents and prepare timely reports for management.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with business departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- We seek individuals who are not only skilled but also passionate about their work. To be successful in this role
- Experience: 3+ years in financial roles, with expertise in GL, accounts receivable and payable. Familiarity with local accounting standards is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a meticulous approach to work.
- Adaptability: A quick learner who can thrive in our fast-paced environment.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in the local language, with English as a working language. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
- Experience in supporting improve the internal accounting process (Better worked in start-up company before)
- Have auditing experience in big four
