รายละเอียดงาน•Ensure timely and accuracy hands-on administration of monthly local payroll cycles, Monthly, Yearly income tax reporting, Social Security and Provident Fund submission including payroll reconciliation in accordance with internal policies and procedures
•Ensure updated and accuracy of payroll records through the company’s payroll’s software
•Responsible for the exit preparation and final pay computation for termination, resignation, and retirement cases
•Maintain time attendance system and company leave system
•Keep abreast on changes in payroll statutory requirements and ensure compliance in accordance to local statutory and company policies
•Work closely with Finance to provide payroll/headcount information/ad-hoc reports as required
•Timely administration and submission of the quarterly, midyear, and yearly audit government reports on Labour.
•Maintain and update Company Policy
•Manage overall recruitment process by getting requirements from head of department, preparing job description, screening and interviewing candidates, etc.
•Organized and conduct staff training
•Manage Staff Benefits – provident fund, health and life insurance, etc.
•Maintain staff leaves and attendance
•Lead internal discussions with relevant (Head of Department) regarding employee relations matters such as counseling, disciplinary talks, employee performance, etc.
•Manage ad-hoc activities such as visa and work permit applications for expat employees
•Design and implement HR & Office budget for yearly
