"1)Monitor SMT placement accuracy and DIP soldering quality while maintaining line throughput, with capability to assume full product assembly supervision during peak periods. 1)ตรวจสอบความแม่นยำของการวางตำแหน่ง SMT และคุณภาพการบัดกรี DIP ในขณะที่ยังคงรักษาปริมาณงานในสายการผลิต พร้อมความสามารถในการดูแลการประกอบผลิตภัณฑ์เต็มรูปแบบในช่วงเวลาเร่งด่วน 2)Create detailed production timetables considering equipment availability, manpower and material lead times. 2)สร้างตารางการผลิตโดยละเอียดโดยคำนึงถึงความพร้อมของอุปกรณ์ กำลังคน และระยะเวลานำวัสดุ 3)Conduct real-time monitoring of manufacturing KPIs to ensure compliance with quality standards and on-time delivery performance. ดำเนินการตรวจสอบ KPI การผลิตแบบเรียลไทม์เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพและประสิทธิภาพการส่งมอบตรงเวลา 4)Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to optimize equipment reliability and operational efficiency. 4)ร่วมมือกับทีมงานเทคนิคข้ามสายงานเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพความน่าเชื่อถือของอุปกรณ์และประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน 5)Coordinate with HR and production teams to deliver technical training that addresses specific operational challenges. 5)ประสานงานกับทีมงานทรัพยากรบุคคลและการผลิตเพื่อจัดการฝึกอบรมทางเทคนิคเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานเฉพาะเจาะจง 6)Oversee production documentation management and guarantee timely completion of manufacturing orders. 6)ดูแลการจัดการเอกสารการผลิตและรับประกันการดำเนินการตามคำสั่งผลิตให้เสร็จตรงเวลา"

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Vocational Certificate or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or other related fields. /วุฒิ ปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขาไฟฟ้า / อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Strong knowledge of SMT processes, equipment, and industry standards/มีความรู้ที่แข็งแกร่งเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการ SMT อุปกรณ์ และมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรม
SMT production experience at lease 2 years./ประสบการณ์การผลิต SMT อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
If you can communicate in Chinese, Burmese or any other language, it will be given special consideration./หากสื่อสารภาษาจีน ภาษาพม่า หรือภาษาใดภาษาหนึ่งได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
