"1. Labor discipline/efficiency management of production line personnel 1. วินัยแรงงาน/การจัดการประสิทธิภาพของบุคลากรในสายการผลิต 2. Material control/on-site 7S implementation 2. การควบคุมวัสดุ/การนำ 7S ไปใช้ในสถานที่ 3. Handle production abnormalities 3. จัดการกับความผิดปกติของการผลิต 4. Conduct basic knowledge training and assessment for employees 4. ดำเนินการฝึกอบรมความรู้พื้นฐานและการประเมินให้กับพนักงาน 5. Prevent work injuries and major accidents 5. ป้องกันการบาดเจ็บจากการทำงานและอุบัติเหตุร้ายแรง 6. Obey work arrangements and complete other tasks assigned by superiors 6. ปฏิบัติตามการจัดการงานและทำงานอื่นๆ ที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมายให้เสร็จสิ้น 7. Supervise workshop work to strictly operate in accordance with IATF16949 quality management standards and ISO14001 environmental management standards. 7. ควบคุมดูแลงานในโรงงานให้ปฏิบัติงานอย่างเคร่งครัดตามมาตรฐานการจัดการคุณภาพ IATF16949 และมาตรฐานการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ISO14001 8. Ensure the implementation of environmental management operation control and emergency measures. 8. ดำเนินการให้มั่นใจว่ามีการนำการควบคุมการดำเนินงานการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมและมาตรการฉุกเฉินมาใช้"

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Vocational Certificate or higher/วุฒิ ปวส ขึ้นไป
Able to work overtime and shifts/สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลา และเข้ากะได้
More than two years of production line management experience/ประสบการณ์บริหารจัดการสายการผลิตมากกว่า 2 ปี
Can read basic electrical and electronic circuits./สามารถอ่านวงจรไฟฟ้า อิเล็กทรอนิกส์เบื้องต้นได้
If you can communicate in Chinese, Burmese or any other language, it will be given special consideration./หากสื่อสารภาษาจีน ภาษาพม่า หรือภาษาใดภาษาหนึ่งได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ"
