รายละเอียดงานPurchasing Planning & Operations:
- Plan, monitor, and track procurement activities to ensure efficiency, compliance with company policies, and timely delivery of goods/services.
- Evaluate and control supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery timelines, and service standards.
- Review and improve purchasing processes to maximize operational efficiency.
- Responsible for researching, comparing, and negotiating prices, preparing contracts and purchasing agreements, and tracking the delivery of goods and services from both locals and overseas to meet the requirements of requesters or end-users.
Team Management:
- Supervise and support subordinates to ensure accurate and effective procurement execution.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
Supplier Relationship Management:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address deficiencies and improve performance.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers (domestic/international) to diversify options.
- Develop a database of new vendors or service providers and verify the accuracy of the current vendor database.
Additional Duties:
- Share knowledge and best practices within the team.
- Participate in company activities and training programs.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulations.
