C# Technical Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for users related to systems developed using C# and .NET Framework.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues in applications or systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to test and enhance system performance.
- Document support activities and solutions provided.
- Advise and train users on proper system usage.
- Support system testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues.
- Work closely with development and support teams to ensure system efficiency.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in developing or supporting systems using C#.
- Strong understanding of .NET Framework and database systems like SQL Server.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
