รายละเอียดงาน- Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Manage end-to-end of Payroll Process, Tax Calculation and other c&b and people relation process; pre-onboard until offboard (contract, onboarding, probation, performance management etc)
- Collaborate among the People Operations team on employee relations matters, administrative tasks, escalating complex issues to People Operations Manager.
- Be a contact person for employees on issues about welfare & benefits.
- Conduct HRIS and develop documentation of the system.
- Manage team reports e.g. Employee records, Staff movement, Budget, etc.
- Create and organize employee activities such as sportday, staff parties , employee club, Townhall etc.
- Support any other special projects as needed.
