รายละเอียดงาน
- Sourcing materials from overseas. (For exising and new material)
- Co-ordinate between the suppliers and internal departments e.g. with The Planning ,Shipping and Inventory team.
- Follow up on all shipping documents (e.g. COA, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) with overseas manufacture and internal teams (e.g. Planning, Shipping, Inventory) to ensure timely deliveries.
- Contact overseas suppliers to ensure smooth material supply according to the plan (e.g. forward purchasing orders/call-off to suppliers).
- Check, verify, and convert Purchase Requisitions (PR) into accurate Purchase Orders (PO) for overseas suppliers.
- Communicate PO details and any subsequent changes to overseas suppliers promptly and clearly.
- Inform the Warehouse Receiver and internal requesters about expected material arrivals from overseas.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. QA) to resolve any quality issues with materials sourced from overseas.
- Manage the documentation and record-keeping related to overseas procurement activities.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ปริญญาตรี / โท ( ไม่จำกัดสาขา )
- 5 ปีประสบการณ์ตรง
- Communication skills in English
- SAP, MS Office programmes, problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, practical thinking, supervisory skills, negotiation skills in English, initiative and creative, logical thinking
