KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, Design and Implement in Organizational Development Programs, Processes and Interventions to support the growth, Talent Management, Succession Planning and Leadership Development
- Drive Change Management efforts to facilitate for Culture Transitions during Periods of Organizational Change, Develop Communication Plans and Execution in Successful Change Adoption
- Collaborate with HR Business Partner and all Department Head to identify Learning and Development needs across the organization
- Design and Deliver the Comprehensive Learning Solutions including Training Programs, Workshops, Learning Management System and Coaching Initiatives
- Work closely with Internal Audit Team to ensure all Quality Policies, SOP, Procedures and Work instructions are documented
- Carry out a Regular Internal and Process audits of the QMS and Summarize reports to management
Develop, Implement and Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
- Responsible for Company Quality System e.g. ISO 9001 as required by the company

เวลา 08.00 - 17.00 น./ 09.00 -18.00 Flexible Time

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or any Related fields.
- At least 3 years experienced in Managerial Level
- Strong Leadership Skills with the Ability to Inspire, Motivate and Influence others at all levels
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Collaboration Skills
- Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001
- Experienced in Manufacturing Working Environment is welcome
