- Staying up to date with international engineering trends.
- Identifying and addressing problems.
- Supervising production.
- Estimating costs and timelines.
- Conducting research and applying new knowledge.
- Designing processes, materials, tools, and systems.
- Making improvements to existing processes, materials, etc.
- Implementing solutions and designs.
- Analyze and resolve machine problems, work with production teams.
- Corrective and proactive maintenance (short-term and long-term).
- Control job handling and production line preparation.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and listening skills.
- Good command of English or Chinese
- Proficiency and expertise in using MS office Tools. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to join in teams work and work under pressure.
- Steadfast dedication to ethical codes of practice.
