- Activity & event; Annual staff party, Company trip, CSR, etc.
- Plan and conduct orientation, training and development yearly program for an employee.
- Regularly review to ensure that policies and procedures of HR controls are documents followed and improved.
- Identify Training needs for section staff including update staff training records.
- Establish the Company Regulation, Working Time, Company Calendar and welfare including supervise and advise the employees.
- Contact with Labor office, Social Security, IEAT, Industrial office and Immigration Office.
