- Collect evidence and file a complaint against the person who committed the crime.
- Follow the progress of the case until the end of the legal process.
2. Product Loss Prevention:
- Monitor and analyze product loss in the store and help develop appropriate prevention plans to reduce risks.
- Utilize data from product movement and systems such as CCTV and AI to detect suspicious behaviors.
- Develop loss prevention strategies to prevent theft from both employees and customers.
3. Theft Detection & Fraud Prevention:
- Utilize technology to detect fraud, such as CCTV, product tracking systems, and customer behavior analysis.
-Train employees on how to observe suspicious behaviors and prevent theft.
- Support and collaborate with teams when incidents of fraud occur and assist in resolving issues.
4. Process Improvement:
- Review and enhance in-store processes to improve efficiency in loss prevention.
- Develop new methods for product inspection, stock control, and customer behavior analysis.
- Analyze process errors and propose solutions for improvements and development.
5. Loss Prevention Reporting & Monitoring:
- Review data related to product loss and prepare reports based on findings.
- Present loss prevention results to management and recommend improvements to prevention measures.
- Report and track the implementation of preventive actions.
