•Lead and manage the day-to-day air export/import operations.
•Supervise and support the operational team to ensure timely and accurate processing.
•Ensure compliance with customs regulations and related documentation.
•Provide accurate business reports and operation updates to management.
•Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
•Troubleshoot operational issues and provide effective solutions under pressure.
•Foster a positive and productive work environment.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- More than 10 years of experience in air export/import operations
- Proven experience in team or operation management
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance, export/import processes
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Strong organizational and business reporting skills
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
