คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred) OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years in production with steel or Automotive industry
- Able to speak English or Japanese would be a plus
- Proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory role, with a strong understanding of production processes and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Have experience for maintenance would be a plus
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, with a commitment to creating a safe work environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Train and develop employees to enhance their skills and capabilities, and provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.
